As a home cook, this show has expanded what I thought I knew about food. Recommended.

More like Mind of a Male Chef. With the exception of one female baker, women are NOWHERE on this show. On today's episode Chang said to a burly male chef "you are cooking women's food" ... meant as a mild, teasing insult. Really? This show could be the best; It does have some great moments. Sadly Chang's bias is just overwelming.
