The show speaks for its self. Great acting, well written, and a wonderful story....hoping for another season.

Loved this series!!! I put off watching the finale because I didn't want it to end! Long time fan of the Musketeers and absolutely love this incarnation. Loved the way the actors brought new life to their characters. Hope this show has a long run! Can't wait for Season 2!!!

It started off slowly but by mid season I was hooked and by the end -well now I can't wait until the next season. The cast has melded together and it is a fun show.

I have become such a huge fan of BBC America and the shows they bring over. I have yet to watch any that did not keep me interested. The Musketeers is just another in a long list of quality shows. It started out slow but has picked up the pace and is developing each of the characters. They are delving into them and what brought them to being Musketeers. I do have to say that I would like to smack the king in the back of the head. Such a spoiled kid. Keeps it somewhat funny!

Updating this review because I have fallen in LOVE with this show! It has only improved with each episode that comes out. I'm a huge, HUGE fan of Dumas' original Musketeers novels, so I'm always excited to find new incarnations of his story. This has proven to be one of the more fun twists out there; it's grittier than some of the other incarnations, but it doesn't take itself too seriously. The characters have different backgrounds than in Dumas' original novels and the storyline is markedly different, but I really like what they have done with the characters' development and relationships. I have had so much fun watching this series that I've been trying to drag any willing friend into the fray with me! This show is full of swashbuckling, sass and even has some really great serious moments. Loads of fun and adventure!
