I’m a huge fan of The Walking Dead but this is sad to see. The casting was not done right.I think they were trying to get a differ target demographic and lost everyone else that loves TWD.

Big fan of TWD and Fear but this is awful. I was hoping that all the characters would die very quickly so I could quit from the season pass i bought. No plot thats even madly credible , endless back stories which are served up stone cold with no interest for me at all. Just save your money!
Worst thing ever.

Poor script, poor character development, poor direction, poor production, just poor. Each hour is filled with unbelievably dull situations. There is hardly any action, which I could get over if they actually had some interesting situations, but the entire series so far has been a generic mess. Each episode is drawn out. My guess, is that they decided or were told to create a new chapter in The Walking Dead universe as cheaply as possible. Hence, all of the poor comments as well as major miscasting of actors. They should have channeled as much funds as possible into a key area . Then they might have had a chance at being good.
A major portion of one of the early episodes, is the characters playing Truth or Dare. Of course, none of them had played it before due to the zombie apocalypse and it served as a way to fill in on some back stories. Ughh.
The Walking Dead is already very long in the tooth. This spin off will not help renew interest.
Like all “Dead” Series, Heartache Ahead

This series is both hopeful and bleak all in one take. It is deceptively simple in its relationships but that is only because these people were neighbors to start with, mostly unknown to each other. These simple relationships grow more complex not just out of coincidence but by location. And like the heart of any good drama, conflict and resolution are the key. There is a lot of “Hope” and “Iris” is the eye to seeing the truth. So there is metaphor and not too hard for the age group it’s targeted to. I expect with the pain to come, there will be joy, and lessons to teach that might be good for all age groups.

It’s decent so far I have hope for this series. I think it can only get better.
Spectacularly bad

The premise is great, but the writing is bad and the casting even worse. Cookie cutter characters. Dialogue that sounds like it’s being read straight off the page - for the first time. This series doesn’t add anything new or interesting to the story. Shame.
where to begin?

This show is too lame for anyone over 15..
I would recommend it to those very young kids who still read RL Stine books though.

I’m ready to see what Rick been doing 🌎. I’m wondering if the CRM are good people 🤔🤔 cuz is the CRM is bad it’s gonna be a big fight coming cuz if the CRM is everywhere and there bad people then let’s see if the commonwealth fights them in the future with Rick Grimes, michonne, Judith, Daryl, carol, Negan, Maggie and everyone else that’ll be an epic ending!!!! Also Rick can finally meet RJ his son 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😃😃
