Hagazussa is a Masterpiece in the deepest side of the Dark World of Witchcraft!! This film is not for anyone and certainly with a weak mind. In every moment of this film your mind is growing on a level of something Sinister that you can never imagine. This film is totally an art in the history of cinema and all the people involved in this film are great in what they do. Now another Superb Foreign Film in the competition of a Dark World of Witchcraft. Remember The Witch: A New England Folktale is a Magnificent film and now hand in hand with Hagazussa ➰
  • Absolutely gut churning, horrific. On fire!

This is one of the scariest films I’ve ever seen... There’s a very specific type of gore that actually makes me cringe in horror and disgust, this film has that special kind of gore. And more so here than in any film I’ve seen to date... I like artsy films like Eraserhead, which is what made me even more interested in this film. A few years ago I heard about it under it’s previous working title and already I had a feeling it would be a good one... but then I didn’t hear anything about it and I assumed Hexan fell through... But here it is with the wonderful metal title “Hagazussa” really, really scary. It starts off pretty scary but then it gets so hardcore towards the end you’re like wanting to turn it off... BUT if you stick it out it will surprise you believe me hah! I would say if you liked “The Witch” and you like slow burning or especially dark, artsy films this would be for you! Cheers to the director / writer! Great job! I am going to watch this all over again before I go to bed!!! Yay
